Patterns are: H = High, L = Low or E = Equal.
The LAST DATE = pattern came out last. Dates highlighted in yellow have come out this year.

EXAMPLES
The HIGHEST FREQUENCY patterns are combinations of HIGH & LOW only (NO EQUAL = E). The example below is taken from a winning set:
18380 = LHLH
This pattern is from the winning set: 11-18-23-38-60
The decimal pattern is 10-10-20-30-60 (Double 10
s).
The END NUMBER SUM of this pattern is 1+8+3+8+0 = 20
The 1st Digit (1) is LOWER to the 2nd Digit (8) = L
The 2nd Digit (8) is HIGHER than the 3rd Digit (3) = H
The 3rd Digit (3) is LOWER than the 4th Digit (8) = L
The 4th Digit (8) is is HIGHER than the 5th Digit (0) = H

EQUAL (E) PATTERNS
Patterns that have EQUAL numbers NEXT to each other are NOT the highest frequency. However, there are many more "E" pattern combinations than there are just High & Low combinations. The data sort for just "E" combinations can be found here.
EXAMPLE
The example below is taken from one of the draws.
Notice two DOUBLES, 0's & 3's (two E's in the pattern as the doubles sit next to each other in the string).
33001 = EHEL
This pattern is from the winning set: 13-33-40-60-61
The decimal pattern is 10-30-40-60-60
The END sum for this pattern is 3+3+0+0+1 = 7
The 1st Digit (3) is EQUAL to the 2nd Digit (3) = E
The 2nd Digit (3) is HIGHER than the 3rd Digit (0) = H
The 3rd Digit (0) is EQUAL to the 4th Digit (0) = E
The 4th Digit (0) is is LOWER than the 5th Digit (1) = L

EXAMPLE
Two E's next to each other represents a TRIPLE.
The example below was taken from one of the draws:
55512 = EEHL
This pattern is from the winning set: 15-25-35-41-62
The decimal pattern is 10-20-30-40-60
The sum for this pattern is 5+5+5+1+2 = 18
Note the three 5's (TRIPLE) in the beginning of the string.
The 1st Digit (5) is EQUAL to the 2nd Digit (5) = E
The 2nd Digit (5) is EQUAL to the 3rd Digit (5) = E
The 3rd Digit (5) is HIGHER than the 4th Digit (1) = H
The 4th Digit (1) is is LOWER than the 5th Digit (2) = L
